from the time of purchase or deposit if you are not happy with the puppy you can return it for the purchase
price, the shipping cost is not included. (see details below) When getting a puppy from us we have a “Puppy
Adoption Agreement” that will be emailed or faxed to you before the puppy the puppy leaves our care.
This Agreement puts our Guarantee in writing for you. This Agreement also is to make sure you are going
to care for and understand the commitment of responsibility of having a new puppy. This Agreement has to
be singed and faxed/emailed back before the puppy can leave our care. The Agreement will come with a
veterinarian exam report to give to your vet for him to fill out and fax back. You must have your new
puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice with in (3) three days of receiving the puppy.

guarantee in the event of dealth in the 1st year after purchase due to genetic defects we will replace the
puppy with another of equal value at no addtional cost to you. In the event of death from a genetic defect
we will provide a twenty percent credit toward a replacement puppy. The Buyer is responsible for ALL
daily care and upkeep of the puppy, you must have kept the puppy under the care of a licensed
veterinarian. The care must include all vaccinations recommended by the veterinarian and LoBoPuppies.
This Guarantee covers only the purchase price of the puppy, and does not include shipping cost or any
other cost. All shot records, registeration, & veterianarian reports must be provided to LoBoPuppies.com
for verification. The Agreement will come with a veterinarian exam report to give to your vet for him to fill
